To properly load laundry, evenly distribute clothes around the drum without overfilling. Ensure there is space at the top to prevent imbalance during the wash cycle.
Check if the washing machine is properly plugged in, the door is securely closed, and the water supply is turned on. Also, verify that you have selected a wash cycle and pressed the start button.
Remove the detergent drawer by gently pulling it out. Wash it under warm water to remove detergent residues, then dry it thoroughly before reinserting.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, door seal, and drum. Check and clean the filter monthly. Run an empty hot wash cycle with a washing machine cleaner to remove odors and residues.
Ensure the washing machine is level on the floor. Adjust the feet if necessary and make sure the load is balanced inside the drum.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Also, inspect and clean the filter. If the problem persists, there may be an issue with the pump that requires professional assistance.
Refer to the control panel guide in the manual. Choose a cycle based on the fabric type and soil level of your laundry. Adjust temperature and spin speed as needed.
Unusual noises may be caused by foreign objects in the drum or filter, unbalanced loads, or loose parts. Inspect and resolve these issues as needed.
Leave the door slightly open after each wash to allow moisture to escape. Regularly clean the door seal and drum with a washer cleaner to prevent mold and mildew buildup.
Error code E03 indicates a draining issue. Check the drain hose and filter for blockages. If the problem continues, it may require checking the pump or contacting customer support.
