To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent, select the desired program using the dial, and press the start button.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Clean the filter and ensure the pump is not obstructed. Restart the machine to see if the issue is resolved.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing down on the release catch. Wash it under warm water to remove any residue. Dry thoroughly before reinserting.
Error code E03 indicates a drainage issue. Check the drain pump and filter for blockages and ensure the drain hose is properly connected.
Ensure the washing machine is level by adjusting the feet. Avoid overloading the drum and distribute clothes evenly.
Run an empty wash cycle at the highest temperature, adding a washing machine cleaner or a cup of white vinegar to remove residue and odors.
Ensure the cycle has completed and the 'door lock' indicator is off. If the door remains locked, try turning off the machine and waiting a few minutes before attempting to open it.
Turn off the machine and unplug it for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on to reset the system.
Use a high-quality detergent suitable for automatic washing machines, following the dosage instructions on the detergent packaging.
Locate the filter access panel at the bottom front of the machine. Open the panel, unscrew the filter, and clean it under running water. Replace the filter and secure the access panel.
