Check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the door seals are clean and sealing properly. Check that the temperature settings are correct. If the problem persists, contact a qualified technician.
To defrost the freezer, remove all food items and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open and allow the ice to melt naturally. Clean up the water with towels and dry the compartment before plugging the unit back in.
Water pooling can be due to a blocked defrost drain. Check the drain hole at the back of the fridge to ensure it is clear. Clean it with warm water and a small brush if necessary.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils every 6 months. Disconnect the refrigerator from power, and use a vacuum cleaner or a brush to remove dust and debris from the coils located at the back or bottom of the appliance.

Most models will reset automatically after a power outage. If needed, press the reset button located on the control panel or unplug the refrigerator for a few minutes before plugging it back in.
To improve energy efficiency, ensure the fridge is not overfilled, keep the door seals clean and intact, and maintain a consistent temperature setting. Regularly clean the condenser coils to ensure optimal performance.
To clean the interior, unplug the refrigerator and remove all food and shelves. Use a solution of mild detergent and warm water to wipe down all surfaces. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly before replacing shelves and food.
Unusual noises may be caused by the appliance being unlevel or items inside vibrating. Ensure the refrigerator is on a flat surface and check that items inside are not touching the walls. If noises continue, consult a technician.
