To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Select the desired program using the control dial, adjust any additional settings such as temperature or spin speed, and then press the start button to begin the cycle.
If the washing machine is not draining, check the filter for blockages and ensure the drain hose is not kinked or clogged. Also, make sure the pump is functioning correctly. Clear any obstructions and try again.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it by pulling it out gently. Wash it under warm water to remove any residual detergent or fabric softener. Dry it thoroughly before reinserting it into the machine.
Excessive vibration may be due to an unbalanced load. Ensure the laundry is evenly distributed in the drum. Also, check that the machine is level on the floor and adjust the feet if necessary.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the detergent drawer, checking and cleaning the filter, inspecting the door seal for debris, and ensuring the drum is free from foreign objects. Perform these tasks monthly.
Ensure the machine is plugged in and the power is switched on. Check the door is closed properly and the start button is pressed. Verify the chosen program is set correctly and there are no error codes displayed.
If clothes are still wet, check if the spin speed was set too low during the wash. Ensure the drain filter and pump are clear of obstructions. You may also run a spin-only cycle to remove excess water.
To set a delay start, select your desired washing program, then press the delay start button. Use the control dial to choose the delay time, and press start to activate the delay timer.
If a 'door lock' error occurs, check that the door is completely closed and there are no obstructions. Unplug the machine for a few minutes and restart it. If the problem persists, the door lock mechanism might need repair.
Unusual noises may be caused by foreign objects in the drum or pump. Check the drum and filter for any items. Also, ensure the machine is level and the load is balanced. Adjust as necessary and run a test cycle.
