Check if the machine is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the door is closed properly. Verify that the water supply is turned on. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Remove the detergent drawer by gently pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Wash it under warm water to remove any residue and dry before reinserting.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, door seal, and filter. Run an empty hot wash cycle with a washing machine cleaner monthly to prevent buildup. Check hoses for any leaks or wear regularly.
Ensure the machine is level on the ground and that all transit bolts have been removed. Distribute laundry evenly in the drum. Avoid overloading the machine.
Check that the water supply is turned on and hoses are not kinked. Inspect the inlet filters for blockages and clean if necessary.
Use the control panel to select the desired program, then adjust the spin speed by pressing the spin speed button until your preferred setting is displayed.
Check if the drain hose is clogged or kinked. Clean the filter to remove any blockages. If the problem persists, inspect the pump for any foreign objects.
Leave the door slightly open after each wash to allow the drum to dry. Regularly clean the door seal and run a monthly maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner.
Load laundry loosely to allow for effective washing and spinning. Avoid overloading by adhering to the recommended weight limits specified in the manual.
