To start a wash cycle, load your laundry, add detergent, select your desired program using the program dial, and press the start button.
Check if the machine is plugged in and the power socket is working. Ensure the door is properly closed and the water supply is turned on. Also, verify that the start button has been pressed.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out until it stops, then press the release button to fully remove it. Rinse it under warm water and use a soft brush to clean any residue.
Regularly check and clean the filter, detergent drawer, and drum. Run a maintenance wash with a drum cleaner once a month to prevent build-up of detergent and mold.
Ensure the machine is level on the ground. Check for any loose items in the drum or around the machine. Inspect the drum bearings and motor for any visible damage or wear.
Check the drain hose for any kinks or blockages. Clean the pump filter, which is usually located at the bottom front of the machine.
Use the quick wash program for lightly soiled clothes. Adjust the spin speed and temperature settings to shorten the cycle duration.
Ensure the machine is on a level surface and that the transit bolts have been removed. Also, make sure the load is balanced and not overfilled.
Turn off the machine and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. This should reset the system.
Run a hot wash cycle with a washing machine cleaner or vinegar to eliminate odors. Leave the door open after washes to allow the drum to dry and prevent mold growth.
