To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the dispenser, select the desired wash program using the rotary dial, and press the start button.
If the machine is not draining water, check the drain hose for kinks or blockages. Also, inspect the pump filter for debris and clean it if necessary.
Remove the detergent dispenser drawer by pressing the release button. Rinse it under warm water and use a soft brush to remove any detergent residue. Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting it.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced load. Try redistributing the laundry evenly in the drum. If the problem persists, check if the machine is level and adjust the feet if necessary.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, check and clean the pump filter, and inspect the door seal for debris or mold. Also, run an empty hot wash with a descaling agent every few months to prevent limescale buildup.
To reset the washing machine, turn the power off and unplug it from the electrical outlet. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
If the door won’t open, ensure that the cycle has fully completed. If it has, wait a few minutes for the door lock to release. If it remains locked, you may need to manually release it using the emergency release located near the filter.
Check if the water supply is turned on and the hose is not kinked. Also, inspect the inlet filter for blockages and clean it if necessary.
To prevent odors, regularly clean the drum and door seal. Leave the door slightly open when not in use to allow air circulation. Use a washing machine cleaner periodically to remove any buildup.
The washing machine may stop mid-cycle due to a power interruption, a water supply issue, or an unbalanced load. Check these aspects and restart the cycle if necessary.
