To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Close the door securely. Select the desired wash program using the program dial. Adjust any additional settings such as temperature or spin speed. Finally, press the start button to begin the cycle.
Ensure that the machine is plugged in and switched on. Check if the door is closed properly. Verify that the water supply is turned on and that the start button has been pressed. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
To clean the detergent drawer, first remove it by pulling it out until it stops, then press down on the release lever and pull it out completely. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residue. Once clean, reinsert the drawer into the machine.
Run a maintenance wash once a month using a drum cleaning product or a cup of white vinegar. Use a high-temperature setting without any clothes. This helps to remove any buildup of detergent or limescale in the drum.
Check for any blockages in the drain hose or filter. Make sure the drain hose is positioned correctly and not kinked. Clean the filter located at the bottom of the machine by unscrewing the cap and removing any debris.
Ensure that the machine is level by adjusting the feet. Check that the laundry is evenly distributed in the drum. Avoid overloading the machine and try reducing the spin speed if necessary.
Leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open after each wash to allow air circulation. Regularly clean the door seal and drum. Use the recommended amount of detergent to avoid residue buildup.
To reset the machine, turn the program dial to the off position, wait a few seconds, and then select the desired program again. If necessary, unplug the machine for a few minutes and plug it back in.
Turn off the machine and place a towel under the filter to catch any water. Unscrew the filter cap located at the bottom front of the machine. Remove any debris and rinse the filter under running water. Once clean, screw the cap back on securely.
It is recommended to perform regular maintenance, including cleaning the drum and detergent drawer, checking the filter, and inspecting hoses, at least once a month. This helps ensure optimal performance and longevity of the machine.
