To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the dispenser, select the desired wash program using the control panel, and press the start button.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure the pump filter is clean, and inspect the drain pump for any obstructions.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Wash it under warm water to remove any residue, then dry and reinsert it.
Ensure the machine is level by adjusting the feet, check if the load is balanced, and verify that transit bolts have been removed if the machine is new.
Run an empty cycle with hot water and add a cup of white vinegar or a washing machine cleaner to the detergent drawer to remove build-up and sanitize the machine.
Clean the drum with a hot water cycle and a cup of baking soda or use a washing machine cleaner. Regularly leave the door open to allow the interior to dry and prevent odors.
Wait for a few minutes to allow the door lock mechanism to release. If it remains locked, check for water in the drum and manually drain it if necessary.
Distribute clothes evenly around the drum and avoid overloading. Mix large and small items to promote better movement and reduce tangling.
Check if the door is properly closed, ensure the power supply is on, and verify that the chosen program is correctly selected. Inspect the fuse and circuit breaker as well.
It is recommended to clean the pump filter every 1-2 months to prevent blockages and ensure efficient operation.
