To reset your Fitbit Ace, plug it into the charging cable, then press the button on the device three times within eight seconds, pausing briefly between presses.
The Fitbit Ace battery typically lasts up to 5 days on a single charge, depending on usage and settings.
The Fitbit Ace is water-resistant, meaning it can handle splashes and brief submersion, making it suitable for showering, but it is not recommended for swimming.
To update the firmware, ensure your Fitbit Ace is charged, open the Fitbit app, tap on the device icon, and check for firmware updates. Follow the instructions to complete the update.
First, try restarting your Fitbit Ace by holding the button for several seconds. If the problem persists, ensure the device is charged and consider a factory reset if necessary.
To clean your Fitbit Ace, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid soap or any harsh cleaning agents. Make sure the device is dry before wearing it again.
In the Fitbit app, go to the dashboard, tap on the activity tile, and select 'Set Goal'. Choose the type of goal, such as steps or active minutes, and set your desired target.
