Fitbit Ace 3 User's Manual

To set up your Fitbit Ace 3, download the Fitbit app on your smartphone, create or log into your Fitbit account, and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the device with your phone via Bluetooth.
Ensure your child wears the Fitbit Ace 3 to bed. The device automatically tracks sleep patterns, which you can review in the Fitbit app under the sleep section.
If your Fitbit Ace 3 won't sync, try restarting your phone and the tracker, ensuring Bluetooth is enabled, and that the Fitbit app is up-to-date. You can also try unpairing and then re-pairing the device.
Open the Fitbit app, tap on the device icon, select Clock Faces, and choose from available options to customize the clock face on your Fitbit Ace 3.
To restart your Fitbit Ace 3, connect it to the charging cable and press the button on the device three times. Wait for the smiley face to appear, which indicates a successful restart.
The Fitbit Ace 3 is water-resistant up to 50 meters, making it suitable for swimming and showering. However, it's best to avoid exposing it to soaps or shampoos.
Ensure your tracker is charged, open the Fitbit app, tap on your device icon, and if a firmware update is available, you'll see a prompt to update. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
To extend battery life, reduce the use of animated clock faces, lower the screen brightness, limit notifications, and ensure the device is not frequently syncing unnecessarily.
In the Fitbit app, go to the Ace 3 settings, select Activity & Wellness, and set daily goals for steps, active minutes, and more, tailored to your child's needs.
If the screen is unresponsive, try restarting the device. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset through the device settings menu or consult Fitbit support for further assistance.
