Fitbit Blaze User's Manual

To restart your Fitbit Blaze, press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Release the buttons and your device should restart.
To update the firmware on your Fitbit Blaze, ensure it's charged and connected to your smartphone. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture, select your device, and follow the on-screen instructions to update.
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the Fitbit app is running. Try turning Bluetooth off and on, restarting your phone, and restarting your Fitbit Blaze. If problems persist, uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture, select your Blaze, and choose Clock Faces. Browse the available options and select the clock face you prefer. Sync your device to apply the changes.
The Fitbit Blaze is water-resistant but not waterproof. It can handle rain and splashes, but it is not suitable for swimming or showering.
To extend your Fitbit Blaze's battery life, reduce the brightness, turn off All-Day Sync, and disable notifications that you don't need. Charge your device regularly and avoid extreme temperatures.
Ensure your Fitbit Blaze is snug on your wrist, especially during workouts. Clean the sensors on the back and adjust the position on your wrist. If issues persist, restart the device.
Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture, select your Blaze, and tap Notifications. Choose the notifications you want to receive and sync your device to apply the changes.
Wear your Fitbit Blaze to bed and ensure it's snug on your wrist. In the morning, open the Fitbit app to view your sleep data, including duration and sleep stages.
Clean the charging contacts on the back of the device and the charging cable. Ensure the charger is securely connected to a USB port or wall adapter. If the issue persists, try a different charging cable or power source.
