To restart your Fitbit Charge 5, connect the device to the charging cable. Press and hold the button on the charger for about 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Release the button to restart the device.
To track workouts on your Fitbit Charge 5, swipe left on the home screen to the "Exercise" app. Tap the exercise you want to track and tap "Start" to begin recording your workout.
