To set up the Ezviz C6W camera, first download the Ezviz app on your smartphone. Create an account or log in. Power on the camera and connect it to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone. Use the app to scan the QR code on the camera, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the C6W does not support 5GHz. Check that you're entering the correct Wi-Fi password. Restart your camera and router, and try the setup process again. If the issue persists, reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds.
