To set up the Ezviz A3 Speaker, first plug it into a power source. Download the Ezviz app on your smartphone, create an account or log in, and follow the in-app instructions to connect the speaker to your Wi-Fi network.
Ensure your Wi-Fi network is operational and that you are within range. Restart your router and the speaker. If issues persist, reset the speaker to factory settings and try reconnecting.
Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. Press the Bluetooth button on the speaker to enter pairing mode. Select the Ezviz A3 from the list of available devices on your phone.
To reset the speaker, press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds until you see the indicator light flash, indicating that the reset is complete.
Ensure the speaker is connected to Wi-Fi. Open the Ezviz app, navigate to the speaker settings, and check for firmware updates. Follow the prompts to update if an update is available.
Check the volume level on both the speaker and connected device. Ensure the speaker is not muted. If using Bluetooth, ensure the device is paired correctly. Restart both devices if necessary.
The Ezviz A3 Speaker can remember multiple paired devices but can only connect to one device at a time. Disconnect the current device to pair a new one.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior. Avoid using water or cleaning solutions. Ensure the speaker is unplugged before cleaning. Regularly check for dust in the speaker grilles.
The Ezviz A3 Speaker has a battery life of up to 10 hours. To optimize, keep the volume at moderate levels, disable features when not in use, and ensure firmware is up to date.
Ensure all devices are on the same network and check for any network interruptions. Restart all devices, and check for any firmware updates for both the speaker and smart home devices.
