To replace the toner cartridge, open the printer's front cover, remove the old cartridge by pulling it out, and insert the new cartridge by aligning it with the guides and sliding it in until it clicks into place.
Check if the toner cartridge is empty or improperly installed. If it is not the case, inspect the printer's transfer roller and drum unit for any damage or obstructions.
First, turn off the printer. Open all covers and gently remove any jammed paper by pulling it in the direction of the paper path. Ensure there are no small bits left inside.
Streaks or lines typically indicate a dirty drum or toner cartridge. Clean the printer's drum unit and check if the toner cartridge needs replacing.
Use the printer's control panel to navigate to network settings and configure the appropriate IP address and network type. Ensure that the printer is connected to the network via Ethernet cable if required.
Routinely clean the exterior and interior of the printer, replace the toner and drum unit as needed, and ensure that all moving parts are free from dust and debris.
Ensure that you are using the correct paper type and quality settings in the printer's settings. Regularly clean the printer's drum and replace the toner cartridge if print quality issues persist.
Check the connection between the printer and your computer or network. Restart both the printer and the computer, and verify that the printer driver is correctly installed.
Visit the Epson support website, download the latest firmware for your printer model, and follow the instructions provided to install it via USB or network connection.
Unusual noises may indicate a mechanical issue or obstruction. Check for any foreign objects inside the printer, and ensure that all parts are properly installed and not worn out.
