To load paper, insert the paper roll into the holder with the paper feeding from the bottom. Feed the paper into the slot at the back of the calculator and press the feed button until the paper appears at the front.
Ensure that the ink roller is not depleted. Replace it if necessary by opening the printer compartment, removing the old roller, and installing a new one.
To change the ink roller, open the printer compartment and gently remove the old roller. Insert the new ink roller by pressing it into place until it clicks securely.
Check whether the power cord is properly connected to the calculator and the power outlet. Ensure the outlet is functional and try pressing the power button again.
Press the 'C' button to clear the current entry and reset the calculator to resolve most error messages.
To set tax rates, move the switch to the 'RATE SET' position, enter the desired tax rate using the numeric keypad, and then return the switch to the 'CALC' position.
Enter the first number, press the desired arithmetic operation key (+, -, x, รท), enter the second number, and press the '=' key to see the result.
Regularly replace the ink roller and paper roll, clean the exterior with a soft cloth, and check for any paper jams or debris inside the printer compartment.
Press the 'SUB-TOTAL' button to print the subtotal and the 'TOTAL' button to print the final total of all entries.
Ensure that the paper is correctly loaded and check for any obstructions in the printer mechanism. Adjust the paper feed if necessary and try printing again.
