To clear a paper jam, turn off the printer and unplug it. Open the front cover and remove the drum and toner assembly. Carefully pull out any jammed paper. Reinstall the drum and toner, close the cover, and plug in the printer before turning it back on.
Ensure that the toner cartridge is installed correctly and has toner. Check if the drum unit is clean and properly installed. If the issue persists, try replacing the toner cartridge.
To improve print quality, clean the corona wire on the drum unit, check the drum and toner for damage, and ensure you are using the correct print settings and paper type.
Open the front cover and press 'Clear/Back'. Press '1' to reset the toner counter. Close the front cover.
The Brother DC-7030 is not network-capable by default. Use a USB connection to connect it to a computer. For network sharing, connect it to a host computer and share it over the network.
The drum unit should be replaced after approximately 12,000 pages or when the printer indicates that the drum life is low.
The "Toner Low" message appears when the toner is running low. Replace the toner cartridge with a new one to resolve this issue.
To perform a factory reset, press 'Menu' > '4' > '4'. Then press '1' to confirm. This will reset the printer to its factory settings.
