To pair your EarSet 1 Mobile with a smartphone, turn on Bluetooth on your device. Then, turn on the EarSet and hold the Bluetooth button until the indicator light flashes. Select "EarSet 1 Mobile" from the list of available devices on your smartphone.
Ensure that the charging cable is securely connected to both the EarSet and the power source. Try using a different charging cable or adapter if available. If the issue persists, inspect the charging port for any debris or damage.
To extend the battery life, avoid exposing the EarSet to extreme temperatures, keep the volume at a moderate level, and regularly fully charge and discharge the battery. Turning off the EarSet when not in use will also help conserve battery.
Check the ear tips for any debris or earwax and clean them if necessary. Ensure that the EarSet is properly positioned in your ear. If the problem persists, try resetting the Bluetooth connection or updating your device's firmware.
To reset the EarSet, press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes. This will clear any paired devices and reset the EarSet to factory settings.
The EarSet 1 Mobile is not water-resistant, so it is not recommended to use it in the rain or expose it to moisture. Doing so could damage the device.
To update the firmware, download the Bang & Olufsen app on your smartphone and connect your EarSet. Follow the in-app instructions to check for and install any available firmware updates.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the exterior of the EarSet. Avoid using water, alcohol, or any cleaning agents. For the ear tips, remove them and wash separately with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
Ensure that the EarSet is in pairing mode and within range of your device. Delete any previous Bluetooth pairings from your device's settings and attempt to pair again. Restarting both the EarSet and your device may also help resolve the issue.
To adjust the volume, use the volume controls on your connected device or, if available, the volume buttons on the EarSet itself. Ensure that your device's volume settings are not muted or too low.
