Beosound Ouverture does not natively support Bluetooth. To connect a Bluetooth device, you need to use a Bluetooth audio receiver connected to the AUX input.
First, ensure that the power cable is securely connected. Check the power outlet by plugging in another device. If the problem persists, check the fuse in the plug or consult an authorized service center.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with a mild glass cleaner. Avoid spraying liquid directly onto the panels to prevent damage.
While minor scratches may be tolerated, significant scratches can cause playback issues. It's recommended to clean the CD gently and try again or replace the CD if necessary.
Press the 'Clock' button, then use the tuning wheel to adjust the hours and minutes. Confirm the time by pressing the 'Clock' button again.
Regularly dust the unit with a soft cloth and avoid placing it in direct sunlight or humid environments. Ensure that the CD and tape mechanisms are free from dust and debris.
To reset, disconnect the power for at least 10 minutes, then reconnect. This will reset the system, but settings such as clock time will need to be re-entered.
Check the batteries in the remote control and replace them if necessary. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the unit. If problems persist, try resetting the remote by removing the batteries for a few minutes.
Place the unit at ear level for seated listeners and ensure it is not surrounded by objects that could block the sound. The unit should be on a stable surface to prevent vibrations.
Use the touch-sensitive panel on the front of the unit to adjust the volume. Sliding your finger along the panel will increase or decrease the volume accordingly.
