Transcend DrivePro 10 User's Manual

To install the DrivePro 10, attach the suction mount to your windshield. Ensure that the lens is not obstructed and is within the wiper zone for a clear view. Connect the dashcam to the car charger and plug it into the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
Check the power connection and ensure the car charger is properly plugged into the cigarette lighter socket. Verify that the socket is working by testing with another device. If the problem persists, check the fuse in the car charger cable.
Download the latest firmware update from the Transcend website. Copy it to the microSD card used in the dashcam. Insert the card into the dashcam and power it on. The device will automatically detect and install the update.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any smudges or dirt. Check the focus settings and make sure the dashcam is securely mounted to prevent vibrations. Adjust the resolution settings for better clarity.
To format the microSD card, go to the settings menu on the dashcam. Navigate to the storage or card settings and select 'Format'. Confirm the action to erase all data on the card.
The DrivePro 10 supports microSD cards up to 128GB. Use a high-quality card rated at least Class 10 to ensure optimal performance and video recording quality.
Remove the microSD card from the dashcam and insert it into a card reader connected to your computer. Alternatively, use the USB cable to connect the dashcam directly to the computer and transfer files.
Ensure the microSD card is properly inserted. Try using another card to rule out compatibility issues. If the problem remains, format the card in a computer before reinserting it into the dashcam.
To activate parking mode, connect the dashcam to a constant power source using a hardwire kit. Access the dashcam settings and enable parking mode, which allows recording when motion or impact is detected while parked.
If the dashcam overheats, ensure it is not exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. Turn off the device and allow it to cool down before using it again. Ensure proper ventilation around the dashcam.
