To clean the detergent drawer, remove it by pulling it out until it stops, then lift it slightly and pull it out completely. Rinse the drawer under warm water to remove detergent residue. Use a soft brush to clean any stubborn detergent buildup. Allow the drawer to dry completely before reinserting it into the washing machine.
First, ensure that the drain hose is not kinked or clogged. Check the drain filter located at the bottom front of the machine. Turn it counterclockwise to remove it and clean any debris. If the problem persists, there might be an issue with the pump that requires professional service.
To prevent mold and mildew, leave the door and detergent drawer open after each wash to allow moisture to evaporate. Regularly clean the door seal with a mild detergent and water. Use a washing machine cleaner specifically designed for front-load washers once a month.
For optimal performance, load clothes loosely into the drum, mixing large and small items. Avoid overloading, as this can affect washing performance and cause imbalance. Distribute clothes evenly around the drum to maintain balance during the spin cycle.
The "LE" error code indicates a water leak. Check all hoses and connections for leaks or loose fittings. Inspect the detergent drawer and door seal for any signs of damage or debris. If the issue persists, contact a Samsung service technician for assistance.
To perform a drum clean cycle, ensure the drum is empty, then press the Power button. Select the Self Clean+ cycle and press Start. Avoid adding any detergent or cleaning agent. This cycle will remove residue and keep your drum fresh.
Excessive vibration may be caused by an unbalanced load. Stop the cycle, redistribute the clothes, and try running the spin cycle again. Ensure that the washing machine is level by adjusting the feet. If the problem continues, check for any transportation bolts that might not have been removed.
To use the delay end feature, turn on the washing machine and select your desired cycle. Press the Delay End button repeatedly to set the desired time delay (in hours). Press the Start button, and the cycle will begin after the delay time has elapsed.
Regular maintenance tasks include cleaning the detergent drawer and pump filter, wiping the door seal, and running a Self Clean+ cycle monthly. Also, check hoses for leaks and ensure the machine is level to prevent excessive vibration.
If the washing machine does not start, ensure it is plugged in and the door is closed securely. Check the circuit breaker and power supply. If the Child Lock is activated, deactivate it by holding the relevant buttons. If the issue persists, contact Samsung support for further assistance.
