To clean the detergent drawer, remove it from the washing machine. Rinse each compartment under warm water to remove any detergent residue. Use a soft brush to scrub away any stubborn deposits, then dry the drawer thoroughly before reinserting it.
First, check the drain hose for any kinks or blockages. Ensure the drain hose is installed at the correct height and is not inserted too far into the standpipe. Clean the debris filter, located at the front bottom of the machine, to remove any obstructions.
Ensure the washing machine is level by adjusting the feet. Make sure all shipping bolts are removed if the machine is newly installed. Avoid overloading the machine and distribute laundry evenly inside the drum.
Press the Power button, then select the Self Clean cycle. Press the Start button to begin. The cycle will clean the drum and remove any detergent residue or buildup.
Check if the load is balanced and not too small. Ensure the lid is closed properly. Also, make sure the Child Lock feature is not activated. If the problem persists, inspect the drive belt for wear or damage.
Ensure the water supply faucets are fully open. Check the inlet hoses for kinks and the inlet filters for obstructions. Verify that the water pressure is sufficient and that the door is properly closed.
Unplug the washing machine from the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Plug it back in and press the Power button to restart the machine. This can help clear any electronic glitches.
Regularly clean the drum with a Self Clean cycle, check and clean the detergent drawer, and inspect the hoses for leaks or wear. Also, ensure the machine is leveled and the debris filter is clean.
Leave the door slightly open after each wash to allow air circulation. Run a monthly Self Clean cycle and use a washing machine cleaner. Also, ensure you remove wet laundry promptly after a wash cycle.
The "nd" error indicates a no-drain issue. Check the drain hose and pump filter for blockages. Ensure the drain hose height is appropriate and that there are no kinks. Clean the debris filter if necessary.
