To reset the filter indicator, press and hold the "Ice Type" and "Child Lock" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
Ensure that the refrigerator is plugged in and the doors are properly closed. Check the temperature settings and clean the condenser coils. If the issue persists, contact Samsung support for assistance.
It is recommended to replace the water filter every 6 months or when the filter indicator light turns on to ensure clean and fresh-tasting water.
Use a solution of mild detergent and warm water to wipe the interior surfaces. Rinse with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Check if the ice maker is turned on, ensure the ice bin is correctly positioned, and verify the water supply line is not kinked. If the problem continues, run a diagnostic test and consult the user manual.
Keep the refrigerator away from heat sources, ensure the door seals are airtight, avoid frequent door openings, and maintain proper temperature settings (37°F for the refrigerator, 0°F for the freezer).
This could be due to a clogged defrost drain. Clean the drain using a mixture of warm water and baking soda, and ensure that the drain hole is clear of debris.
Unplug the refrigerator, remove the light cover by pressing the release tabs, replace the bulb with an appliance bulb of the same wattage, and reattach the cover.
Ensure the refrigerator is level and not touching the wall or other appliances. Check for loose items inside that may vibrate. If noise persists, contact Samsung support.
Use the control panel on the front of the refrigerator to adjust the temperature settings. Press the "Fridge" or "Freezer" button to set the desired temperature.
