To reset the water filter indicator light, press and hold the 'Alarm/Hold for 3 sec for Filter Reset' button for 3 seconds. The indicator light should turn off.
Ensure the refrigerator is plugged in and the doors are closed properly. Check the temperature settings and make sure vents are not blocked by food items. Clean the condenser coils and check that the door seals are intact.
It is recommended to replace the water filter every 6 months or when the indicator light turns on, indicating it needs replacement.
A buzzing noise may occur if the refrigerator is not level, causing the compressor or fan to vibrate. Ensure the refrigerator is on a flat surface and adjust the leveling legs if necessary.
To prevent frost buildup, avoid leaving the freezer door open for extended periods. Ensure the door seals are clean and properly sealed. Regularly defrost the freezer if needed.
Check if the ice maker is turned on and the water supply line is connected and not kinked. Ensure the freezer temperature is set correctly and inspect for any ice blockages in the ice maker compartment.
Unplug the refrigerator and locate the condenser coils at the back or bottom. Use a vacuum cleaner or brush to gently remove dust and debris from the coils.
Water leakage inside the refrigerator can be due to a blocked defrost drain. Clear any food particles or debris from the drain by flushing it with warm water.
Use the control panel to adjust the temperature settings. For optimal performance, set the refrigerator compartment to 37°F (3°C) and the freezer to 0°F (-18°C).
Regularly clean the interior and exterior surfaces, replace the water filter every 6 months, clean the condenser coils annually, and check door seals for any damage.
