To reset the filter indicator light, press and hold the "Alarm/Filter Reset" button for 3 seconds until the light turns off.
Check if the temperature settings are correct and ensure the vents are not blocked by food items. Also, inspect the door seals for any damage or gaps.
Locate the filter in the bottom right corner of the refrigerator, turn it counterclockwise, and pull it out. Insert the new filter, turn it clockwise to lock it in place, and run water through the dispenser for 5 minutes to clear any air or impurities.
Water pooling can be due to a blocked defrost drain. Check and clear any blockages in the drain line using warm water.
Unplug the refrigerator, locate the condenser coils at the back or underneath, and use a vacuum cleaner or brush to remove dust and debris.
The recommended temperature setting for the refrigerator compartment is 37°F (3°C) and the freezer compartment is 0°F (-18°C).
Ensure the freezer door is closing properly and not left open. Check the door seals for any damage and avoid overloading the freezer.
Unusual noises could be due to loose components, ice buildup, or the refrigerator not being level. Check and tighten any loose parts and ensure the refrigerator is on a flat, stable surface.
It is recommended to replace the water filter every 6 months or when the filter indicator light turns on.
Ensure the ice maker is turned on, the water line is connected and not frozen, and the freezer is at the correct temperature.
