To run a Pure Cycle, press the 'Power' button to turn on the machine, then press the 'Pure Cycle' button. Press 'Start/Pause' to begin the cycle. This cycle is specifically designed to clean the drum.
Ensure the door is properly closed, the power cord is plugged in, and the 'Start/Pause' button is pressed. Check the circuit breaker or fuse box if necessary.
Make sure the machine is level, with all four feet firmly on the floor. Avoid overloading the washer and ensure the load is balanced.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer and run a Pure Cycle monthly. Check and clean the debris filter every two months.
Remove the drawer by pulling it out and pressing down on the release lever. Rinse under warm water and use a soft brush to remove any residue.
The 'nd' error code indicates a drainage issue. Check the drain hose for kinks or clogs and ensure the debris filter is clean.
Leave the door open after each wash to allow the interior to dry. Clean the door seal regularly and run a hot water cycle with vinegar or a washing machine cleaner monthly.
Check the drain hose and pump filter for blockages. Ensure the drain hose is positioned correctly and is not higher than the washing machine.
Use a spirit level to check the level. Adjust the feet by turning them clockwise or counterclockwise until the machine is level. Tighten the lock nuts to secure.
Ensure the machine is level and not overloaded. Check for foreign objects in the drum and ensure all transit bolts have been removed.
