To connect your Samsung NU800D to Wi-Fi, go to Settings > General > Network > Open Network Settings and select your Wi-Fi network. Enter your Wi-Fi password to connect.
If your screen is flickering, try restarting the TV. If the issue persists, go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and turn off the 'Auto Motion Plus' feature.
To update the software, navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now. Ensure your TV is connected to the internet.
First, replace the batteries. If it still doesn't work, try resetting the remote by holding the 'Return' and 'Play/Pause' buttons simultaneously for at least 3 seconds.
To enable HDR, ensure your content supports HDR. Go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and set HDMI UHD Color to 'On' for the HDMI port you are using.
To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > General > Reset, enter your PIN (default is 0000), and confirm the reset.
Check if the Mute button is on. Then go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output and ensure the correct output is selected. Also, check cable connections.
To connect Bluetooth headphones, go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List, and select your headphones from the list.
Activate Game Mode by going to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Game Mode Settings, and turn Game Mode to 'On'.
Turn off and unplug the TV. Use a microfiber cloth slightly dampened with water to gently wipe the screen. Avoid using chemical cleaners.
