To pair your Samsung Gear S3 Frontier with your smartphone, first download the Samsung Galaxy Wearable app on your phone. Open the app, select 'Start the Journey', and follow the on-screen instructions to connect via Bluetooth.
If your Gear S3 Frontier is not charging, ensure that the charging dock is properly connected to a power source and that the watch is correctly aligned with the dock. Clean the charging contacts on both the dock and the watch.
To perform a factory reset on your Gear S3 Frontier, go to Settings > Gear info > Reset Gear. Confirm the reset and wait for the process to complete. This will erase all data on the device.
If the battery is draining quickly, try reducing the brightness, disabling Always On Display, closing unused apps, and ensuring the software is up to date.
To update the software on your Gear S3 Frontier, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, navigate to About Watch > Update Watch Software, and follow the instructions to download and install updates.
The Gear S3 Frontier is water-resistant (IP68 rating) but not waterproof. It is not recommended for swimming or submersion in water.
To change the watch face, press and hold the current watch face on the screen, then swipe left or right to browse available options. Tap the desired watch face to apply it.
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both the watch and the smartphone. Restart both devices and try reconnecting. If the issue persists, unpair and re-pair the devices.
To track workouts, open the Samsung Health app on your Gear S3 Frontier. Select the workout type, press Start, and the watch will begin tracking your activity.
To replace the band, turn the watch over and locate the quick-release pins. Slide the pin inward to release the band, then attach the new band by aligning and securing the pins.
