To enable the multi-window feature, open an app and swipe inward from the left side to access the Edge panel. Drag an app from the Edge panel to the screen to open it in split-screen mode. You can adjust the window sizes by dragging the divider line.
First, check if the charger and cable are properly connected and not damaged. Try using a different power outlet or cable. If the issue persists, perform a soft reset by holding the power and volume down buttons for 10 seconds. If the problem continues, contact Samsung support.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the power and volume down buttons simultaneously until you see the screen flash. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery app under the Screenshots folder.

Flex Mode allows you to use apps on the partially folded screen. To enable it, fold the device slightly until it stays at an angle. Certain apps will automatically adjust to Flex Mode, providing controls on one side and content on the other.
If your device is overheating, close unused apps and avoid using high-performance features like gaming for extended periods. Ensure your phone is not exposed to direct sunlight. If overheating continues, restart the device and check for software updates.
