To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset. This will erase all data on the device, so ensure you have a backup before proceeding.
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until you see the screen flash, indicating a screenshot has been taken.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try using a different charger and outlet. If the issue persists, clean the charging port and ensure no debris is blocking the connection.
5G should be enabled by default. To check, go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode, and ensure 5G/LTE/3G/2G is selected.
