To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset. Confirm by selecting 'Reset' and then 'Delete All'. This will erase all data on your device.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously until the screen flashes.
Battery drain can be caused by high screen brightness, background apps, or outdated software. Lower screen brightness, close unused apps, and ensure your software is up to date.
To enable 5G, go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode and select an option that includes 5G connectivity.
Try charging your device for at least 30 minutes and then attempt to turn it on again. If it still doesn't turn on, try performing a forced restart by holding the Power and Volume Down buttons for 10 seconds.
Use the Samsung Smart Switch app, available on both devices, to transfer data wirelessly or via a USB cable.
To update your software, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Follow the prompts to complete the update.
Ensure your camera lens is clean, use the Pro mode for more control over settings, and update your camera app for the latest improvements.
Remove any case, turn off unnecessary apps, and avoid using the phone while charging. If overheating persists, try restarting the device.
Use battery-saving mode, reduce screen brightness, enable adaptive battery, and limit background app activity to extend battery life.
