5G is enabled by default. To verify, go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode and ensure 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) is selected.
Use the Samsung Smart Switch app. Connect both devices via a USB cable or Wi-Fi, and follow the on-screen instructions to transfer data.
Try a forced restart by pressing and holding the Volume Down and Power buttons for about 10 seconds. If the issue persists, consider a factory reset or contact customer support.
Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your phone’s software to the latest version.
Delete unused apps, clear cache, and move media to cloud storage or an external device. Use Device Care in Settings to optimize storage.
