To enable 5G, go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode, and select a 5G option (e.g., 5G/LTE/3G/2G).
Ensure the charger and cable are undamaged, try using a different charger or outlet, and clean the charging port if necessary. If issues persist, restart the device or perform a factory reset.
Reduce screen brightness, disable background apps, turn off 5G when not needed, use power-saving mode, and keep the software updated.
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset, and then follow the on-screen instructions. Backup your data before proceeding.
Restart your phone, toggle Airplane mode on and off, reset network settings, or contact AT&T for further assistance.
Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and has sufficient battery life.
Delete unused apps, clear cache data, transfer files to a cloud service or SD card, and use the built-in Device care feature to optimize storage.
Avoid using the phone while charging, close unused apps, reduce screen brightness, and remove any case that might trap heat. If overheating persists, contact Samsung support.
Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously until the screen flashes, or use the Palm Swipe gesture if enabled.
Download apps only from the Google Play Store, keep your software updated, be cautious of phishing attempts, and consider using a reputable mobile security app.
