To enable 5G on your Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode and select a mode that includes 5G.
Try restarting your phone and router. If the issue persists, go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi, forget the network, and reconnect. Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct.
Reduce screen brightness, enable power saving mode, close unused apps, and disable background data for non-essential apps via Settings > Device care > Battery.
Before resetting, back up your data. Then, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset, and follow the prompts to complete the reset.
Check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try a different power outlet. Clean the charging port and make sure it is free of debris.
Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it. Ensure your phone is charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
Delete unused apps and files, clear app caches, and use the Device Care feature in Settings to optimize storage. Consider using cloud storage for photos and videos.
Remove the SD card if one is inserted, check for software updates, and uninstall any recently installed apps. If the problem persists, consider a factory reset.
To take a screenshot, press the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously. You can also use the palm swipe gesture by enabling it in Settings > Advanced Features > Motions and Gestures.
