To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset. Confirm by tapping 'Reset' and then 'Delete All'. This will erase all data on the device.
First, check if the charger and cable are working with another device. Clean the charging port of any debris. If the issue persists, try a different power outlet or contact Samsung support.
Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously until the screen flashes. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery app.
Try clearing the cache by going to Settings > Device care > Storage > Clean now. You can also uninstall unused apps and restart your device to improve performance.
Reduce screen brightness, use a dark theme, and enable power saving mode. Limiting background app usage and disabling location services when not needed can also help.
Restart your phone and router. Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and the correct password is entered. Forget the network and reconnect. If issues persist, reset network settings in Settings > General Management > Reset.
Use the Samsung Smart Switch app to transfer data. Install the app on both devices and follow the on-screen instructions to transfer contacts, messages, photos, and more.
Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. If an update is available, follow the prompts to download and install it. Ensure your phone is charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
Navigate to Settings > Biometrics and Security > Fingerprints. Follow the instructions to register your fingerprint. This can be used for unlocking the device and authorizing purchases.
Try restarting the device by holding the Power button and selecting 'Restart'. If the screen remains unresponsive, perform a soft reset by holding the Power and Volume Down buttons until the phone restarts.
