To perform a factory reset on the Plum RAM 8, go to Settings > System > Reset Options. Select 'Erase all data (factory reset)' and confirm.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for any visible damage. Try using a different charger. If the problem persists, clean the charging port and ensure it is free of debris.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, limit background app activity, and enable battery saver mode under Settings > Battery.
To insert a SIM card, power off the device, remove the back cover, and locate the SIM card slot. Insert the SIM card with the gold contacts facing down and replace the cover.
You can transfer data using the built-in data transfer tool in the setup menu or by using third-party apps available on the Google Play Store.
To update the software, go to Settings > System > System Updates. Check for updates and follow the on-screen instructions to install them.
Ensure that airplane mode is off, restart the device, and reset network settings via Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
Free up storage by deleting unused apps, clearing cache, and moving files to an external SD card or cloud storage.
If the screen freezes, perform a soft reset by holding the power button until the device restarts. Ensure your software is up to date to prevent future issues.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi. Toggle Wi-Fi on, select your network from the list, and enter the password if required.
