To replace the toner cartridge, open the top cover, remove the empty cartridge by pulling it out, and insert the new cartridge until it clicks into place. Close the cover.
Check if the toner cartridges are properly installed and not empty. Also, ensure that the transfer belt is clean and not damaged.
Open the printer covers and gently remove any jammed paper, ensuring not to tear it. Check the paper tray and output areas for any remaining paper.
Faded prints can result from low toner levels. Check the toner status and replace if necessary. Also, ensure the media settings match the paper type.
Access the printer menu, select 'Calibration', then 'Auto Adjust'. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration process.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the printer, checking and replacing consumables like toner and drum, and ensuring firmware is up-to-date.
Use the printer's control panel to access the network settings, select your network, and enter the necessary credentials to connect.
Ensure the printer drivers are installed and updated. Check the USB or network cable connections. Restart both the printer and computer.
Visit the Oki website, download the latest firmware for the C910n, and follow the provided instructions to install it on your printer.
Ensure the paper tray is not overfilled and that the paper size and type match the settings. Check for obstructions in the paper feed path.
