KORG PaAS Owner's Manual

To connect the KORG PaAS to your keyboard, align the connectors on the PaAS with those on your KORG Pa series keyboard. Gently slide the PaAS into the keyboard’s designated slots until it clicks into place. Ensure the keyboard is powered off during this process.
First, ensure that the PaAS is properly connected to the keyboard. Check the volume settings on both the keyboard and the PaAS. Verify that the keyboard is not muted and that the PaAS is selected as the output device in the keyboard’s settings.
To maintain your KORG PaAS, regularly wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using any solvents or abrasive cleaners. Ensure that the device is kept in a dust-free environment when not in use.
The KORG PaAS is specifically designed for compatibility with KORG Pa series keyboards. Using it with non-compatible devices may not provide optimal performance or sound quality.
To enhance sound quality, adjust the equalizer settings on your keyboard, ensure that the PaAS is connected securely, and place the unit in an acoustically favorable environment.
Headphones cannot be directly connected to the KORG PaAS. However, you can connect headphones to the keyboard itself, which will bypass the PaAS speakers.
Ensure that the PaAS is properly aligned and securely connected to the keyboard. Check for any visible damage to the connectors. Restart the keyboard and reattach the PaAS if issues persist.
The KORG PaAS itself does not require firmware updates. Ensure your KORG Pa keyboard's firmware is up-to-date for optimal performance with the PaAS. Refer to the keyboard manual for update instructions.
When transporting the KORG PaAS, detach it from the keyboard to prevent damage. Use a padded bag or case to protect it from impacts. Handle with care to avoid damaging the connectors.
Perform a sound check by playing various audio samples through your keyboard. Check for clear sound output without distortion. If issues persist, consult the user manual or contact KORG support.
