To unlock the control panel, press and hold the lock symbol button for about 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
Ensure that the cookware being used is suitable for induction cooking and that it is properly centered on the cooking zone. Also, check if the power settings are adjusted correctly.
Use a soft damp cloth with a mild detergent to clean the surface. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or sharp objects that could scratch the glass.
A clicking noise is normal and is due to the electronic components adjusting power levels. If the noise is excessive, check if the cookware is correctly placed and suitable for induction.
Error codes "F" followed by a number indicate specific faults. Refer to the user manual to identify the issue. Common solutions include resetting the hob by turning off the power for a few minutes.
Use cookware with smooth and clean bottoms, and avoid sliding pots and pans across the surface. Regularly clean the hob to avoid dirt buildup that can cause scratches.
Press and hold the lock button for a few seconds until the indicator light is illuminated to activate the child lock feature.
Check the power supply and ensure that the hob is properly connected. Verify that the power switch is on and that there are no tripped circuit breakers.
Aluminum pans typically do not work on induction hobs unless they have a special magnetic base. It's best to use cookware that is specifically designed for induction cooking.
Press the timer button, use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the desired time, and then select the cooking zone. The hob will automatically turn off after the set time.
