To ignite the burners, press the control knob down and turn it anti-clockwise to the large flame symbol. Hold the knob down to activate the ignition system until the burner lights.
First, ensure the hob is connected to a power source. Check if the burner caps and crowns are properly placed. If the issue persists, inspect the gas supply or contact customer support.
Use a soft cloth with warm soapy water for regular cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Dry the surface with a soft cloth to prevent streaks.
Use flat-bottomed pans that are stable and match the burner size for optimal heat distribution and efficiency.
Regularly clean the burner caps and crowns to prevent clogging. Ensure they are dry before reassembling. Check for any blockages in the burner holes.
To turn off the hob, rotate the control knob clockwise to the 'Off' position marked by a dot. Ensure the flame is completely extinguished.
Check if the hob is plugged in and the power supply is working. Clean the ignition electrode and ensure it is not wet. If the problem persists, consult the manual or contact support.
The hob is equipped with a flame failure device that automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame is accidentally extinguished.
To adjust the flame size, turn the control knob between the large flame and small flame symbols until you reach the desired level.
Immediately turn off all knobs, open windows for ventilation, and avoid using electrical switches. Contact a qualified technician to inspect the appliance.
