To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the appropriate compartment, close the door, select the desired program using the control panel, and press the start button.
Ensure that the appliance is plugged in and switched on at the mains. Check the fuse and circuit breaker. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Clean it under running water using a soft brush. Dry it thoroughly before reinserting it into the machine.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, drum, and filter. Run a maintenance wash with a drum cleaner monthly. Check hoses for wear and tear and ensure the machine is level.
Ensure the machine is level and on a stable surface. Check for any obstructions or unevenly distributed laundry. Adjust the feet and redistribute the load if necessary.
Check for blockages in the drain hose or filter. Ensure the hose is not kinked and the filter is clean. Refer to the manual for instructions on cleaning the filter.
To stop a cycle, press the pause button. Wait for the drum to stop spinning before opening the door. Note that water may remain in the drum if stopped mid-cycle.
After completing a wash cycle, select a drying program using the control panel. Adjust settings based on fabric type and desired dryness level, then press the start button.
Ensure the load is not too large or heavy. Select a longer drying program or higher heat setting. Check that the lint filter is clean and not obstructed.
Refer to the user manual for a list of error codes and their meanings. Follow suggested troubleshooting steps. If the issue persists, contact customer support for assistance.
