The Arrma ARA110002T1 Truck is compatible with 2S or 3S LiPo batteries. It is recommended to use a battery with a minimum of 5000mAh capacity and a 50C discharge rate for optimal performance.
To maintain the drivetrain, regularly clean and lubricate the gears. Check for debris and wear after each run, and ensure the differential is properly sealed and filled with the recommended oil weight.
First, check the servo connection to the receiver. Ensure the servo horn is not loose or damaged. If the problem persists, test the servo with a different channel to determine if the issue is with the servo itself or the receiver.
To enhance off-road performance, consider adjusting the shock oil weight, spring tension, and ride height. Softer springs and thicker shock oil can provide better absorption over rough terrain.
Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt, then gently clean with a damp cloth. Avoid using water directly on electronic components. After cleaning, ensure all parts are dry to prevent rusting.
Check the battery charge level and ensure it's fully charged. Inspect the battery connectors and wires for damage. Also, verify the ESC and motor temperatures to ensure they are not overheating.
To calibrate the ESC, turn on the transmitter, connect the battery to the truck, and switch on the ESC while holding the set button. Follow the beeping signals to complete the calibration process.
For loose dirt and gravel, use tires with a deep tread pattern. For street or hard surfaces, slick or shallow treaded tires are preferable. Adjust tire pressure based on terrain for optimal traction.
Regularly clean the motor and ensure it is free of debris. Avoid overheating by allowing the motor to cool between runs. Use quality bearings and maintain proper gear mesh to reduce wear.
Ensure the battery is charged and connected properly. Check the power switch for any faults. Inspect the wiring for any visible damage or loose connections. If all else fails, check the ESC and receiver for functionality.
