To adjust the temperature settings, locate the temperature control dial inside the freezer. Turn the dial to the desired setting, typically between 1 (least cold) and 7 (coldest).
Check if the freezer is plugged in and the power supply is working. Ensure the door is sealing properly and not obstructed. If the problem persists, consider checking the condenser coils for dust and clean them if necessary.
You should defrost the freezer whenever the frost build-up exceeds 1/4 inch thick. This typically happens every 6 months depending on usage.
Unplug the freezer and remove all items. Use a mixture of mild soap and warm water to clean the interior surfaces. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly before plugging back in.
Ensure the door seals are intact, avoid overfilling the freezer, and keep it away from heat sources. Regularly defrosting and cleaning the coils can also improve efficiency.
Check if the freezer is level and stable on the ground. Ensure that it is not touching any wall or furniture. If the noise persists, contact customer support for assistance.
Unplug the freezer and locate the light cover inside. Remove the cover, unscrew the old bulb, and replace it with a new bulb of the same type and wattage. Reattach the cover and plug the freezer back in.
Odors can be caused by spoiled food or spills. Clean the interior with a mixture of baking soda and water. Place an open box of baking soda inside to help absorb any remaining odors.
Empty and defrost the freezer before transport. Secure the door with tape and keep the unit upright to prevent damage to the compressor.
This may be due to a blocked defrost drain. Turn off the freezer and clear any ice or debris from the drain using warm water to allow proper drainage.
