To clean the detergent drawer, remove it from the washer by pulling it out until it stops, then press down the release button to fully remove it. Rinse under warm water to remove any detergent residue. Use a small brush to clean inside the dispenser housing.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Also, inspect the pump filter located at the bottom front of the washer. Clean out any debris and make sure the impeller can move freely.
To reset the washer, unplug it from the power outlet and wait for about 5 minutes. Plug it back in and select the desired wash program.
Excessive vibration could be due to an unbalanced load, so try rearranging the clothes. Also, ensure the washer is level and adjust the feet if necessary.
Run an empty wash cycle at the hottest temperature with a drum cleaning detergent or a mixture of baking soda and vinegar to remove any build-up and odors.
Leave the washer door slightly open between washes to allow air circulation. Regularly clean the door seal and use a washing machine cleaner monthly.
Error code E20 indicates a problem with the drainage system. Check for blockages in the drain hose and filter, and make sure the pump is functioning correctly.
Ensure the washer is on a stable, level surface. You can also place anti-vibration pads under the feet to help minimize noise.
Check if the water has fully drained. If not, manually drain the washer using the filter access and try opening the door again. If the problem persists, consult the manual for emergency door release instructions.
Refer to the user manual for guidance on selecting the correct program based on fabric type and soil level. Use the control knob and display to customize settings as needed.
