To perform the initial setup, ensure the hob is connected to the power supply. Turn on the main power switch and follow the instructions in the user manual to configure the basic settings, such as language and time.
Check if the hob is properly connected to the power supply. Ensure that the correct cooking zone is selected and that the power level is set appropriately. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer service.
To lock the controls, press and hold the lock icon on the control panel until the indicator light turns on. This prevents accidental changes to settings during cooking.
Error code E4 usually indicates an overheating issue. Allow the hob to cool down and check for any obstructions to the ventilation. If the error persists, refer to the troubleshooting section of the user manual.
Allow the hob to cool completely. Use a soft cloth or sponge with a mild detergent to clean the surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the glass.
It is recommended to use flat-bottomed cookware that matches the size of the cooking zones. Induction-compatible cookware is required for optimal performance.
To reset the hob to factory settings, turn off the hob, and then press and hold the reset button on the control panel for about 10 seconds. Consult the user manual for additional guidance if needed.
Use cookware with smooth bottoms and avoid sliding them across the hob. Clean spills immediately and avoid using abrasive cleaning tools.
Press the timer button and use the control knob to set the desired time. The hob will turn off the selected zone automatically once the timer reaches zero.
Ensure the controls are not locked. Clean the control panel to remove any dirt or moisture. If the problem continues, perform a power reset by turning off the hob at the mains.
