To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the dispenser, close the door, select the desired program using the control dial, and press the start button.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure the pump filter is clean and free of debris. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions on how to clean the filter.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residue and then reinstall it.
Ensure the washer is level and on a firm surface. Check that the transit bolts have been removed. Also, make sure the laundry load is balanced.
Run an empty wash cycle at the highest temperature with a small amount of detergent or a specialized washing machine cleaner to eliminate residue and odors.
Wait a few minutes for the door lock mechanism to release. If it doesn't, check the manual for emergency door opening instructions or reset the machine by unplugging it for a few minutes.
Use eco-friendly wash programs, wash with full loads, and select lower temperature settings whenever possible to save energy.
It's recommended to clean the filter every month to ensure optimal performance and avoid drainage issues.
Use a high-efficiency (HE) detergent to prevent excess suds and ensure effective cleaning. Follow the detergent manufacturer's instructions for dosage.
Ensure the washer is plugged in and the power is on. Check the door is fully closed and the selected program is correct. If issues persist, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
