To perform a factory reset, press the 'Menu' button on your remote, navigate to 'System' > 'Reset & Admin', and select 'Reset TV to Factory Defaults'. You may need to enter your parental control password.
Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the TV and the wall outlet. Try using a different power outlet. If the problem persists, unplug the TV for a few minutes, then plug it back in and try again.
Press the 'Menu' button on your remote, navigate to 'Network', select 'Network Connection', and choose 'Wireless'. Select your Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and connect.
