To adjust the temperature, locate the control panel inside the refrigerator. Use the temperature control buttons to set the desired temperature for both the fridge and freezer compartments.
First, check if the power cord is properly plugged in. Ensure the vents are not blocked and that the door seals are clean and intact. If the issue persists, consider contacting a professional technician.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils every six months to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency.
To defrost the freezer, remove all contents and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open and place towels around the base to catch dripping water. Once defrosted, clean and dry the interior before plugging it back in.
Unusual noises can be caused by the refrigerator not being level, items inside vibrating, or the fan motor. Ensure the appliance is level and check for any loose items or obstructions.
To replace the light bulb, unplug the refrigerator, remove the light cover, and unscrew the old bulb. Replace it with a new bulb of the same type and wattage, reattach the cover, and plug the refrigerator back in.
The ideal temperature setting for the refrigerator compartment is between 37°F (3°C) and 40°F (5°C), and for the freezer, it is 0°F (-18°C).
Ensure the ice maker is turned on and the water supply line is connected. Check for ice blockages in the dispenser chute and reset the ice maker if necessary.
It is best to store heavy items on lower shelves to prevent overloading the top shelf, which could lead to damage or reduced cooling efficiency.
Regularly clean the interior and exterior, check door seals for integrity, keep the condenser coils clean, and ensure proper airflow around the appliance.
