To adjust the temperature settings, locate the control panel inside the refrigerator. Use the up and down arrows to set your desired temperature. The recommended setting for the fridge compartment is 3°C to 5°C.
First, check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the thermostat is set correctly. Clean the condenser coils and ensure there is enough space around the refrigerator for proper ventilation.
To defrost, remove all food items, unplug the refrigerator, and leave the doors open. Place towels at the base to absorb water. Once defrosted, clean the interior with a soft cloth and plug it back in.
Use a mixture of mild detergent and warm water. Wipe down all surfaces with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or sharp tools. Rinse with a clean damp cloth and dry thoroughly before restocking.
Water pooling can be caused by a blocked defrost drain. Check the drain hole located at the back of the refrigerator and clear any obstructions with a pipe cleaner or warm water.
The water filter should be replaced every 6 months, or more frequently if you notice a decrease in water flow or a change in taste. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions on replacing the filter.
Unusual noises could be due to uneven placement. Ensure the refrigerator is level and stable. Check for any loose components or items inside that might be vibrating. If noise persists, consult a technician.
Ensure the door seals are intact and clean. Avoid placing hot food directly inside. Keep the refrigerator away from heat sources and ensure there is sufficient space for ventilation.
Check if the bulb is burnt out and replace it if necessary. Ensure the refrigerator is plugged in. If the issue persists, there might be a problem with the light switch or wiring. Consult a technician.
Store raw meats on the bottom shelf to prevent dripping. Keep fruits and vegetables in their respective crisper drawers. Ensure leftovers are covered and place dairy products in the colder parts of the fridge.
